What airport should we fly into?
We recommend flying into The Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL). It is the largest airport in the State of Hawaii and is located in Honolulu on the island of O'ahu. It is around 9 miles to Waikiki and it takes around 20 minutes. There are several transportation options available from the airport including Uber and Lyft, taxi, bus shuttle services, and rental cars (which we recommend if you will be exploring the island before or after the wedding).
P.S. When flying to Hawaii we recommend packing a pen in your carry on as you have to fill out the Hawaii agriculture form on the plane. :)
We recommend staying in the Waikiki Beach area for the wedding festivities. There are so many excellent hotels and properties in this area that can fit your needs, including many different Marriott, Hilton, Sheraton, Hyatt, etc. properties and more resort-style hotels. As there are so many options, we have included some hotels within walking distance of the Ceremony and Reception. Still, we encourage you to take advantage of beautiful Hawaii and stay wherever best suits you!
